Be the face of Inked Circus in your city! As part of our Local Awareness Crew, you'll bring the excitement of tattoo culture to alternative events, festivals, and community gatherings. You'll distribute swag, offer FREE or discounted tickets to attendees, and build buzz for upcoming shows. This role combines booth promotion, community engagement, and local business outreach. We're looking for a talented videographer to capture the energy and creativity of our tattoo conventions. This is a per-show contract position where you'll create engaging social media content, conduct interviews, and document convention highlights. Quick turnaround time is essential as content needs to be published while the event is still fresh.

Inked Circus is looking for Team Managers who want to recruit, support, and lead a powerhouse crew at Ontario's most exciting tattoo expos! WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Recruit, train, and build your own team of sales reps, recruiters, and event staff • Motivate and support your crew to hit big registration goals • Personally register artists and vendors for our expos—and get paid for every sign-up! • Coach your team to maximize their own registrations (and boost your bonus!) • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown with your team • Be the main point of contact between management, vendors, and your crew • Bring the Inked Circus energy and community spirit to every city! PAY STRUCTURE: • $50 per Artist or Vendor registration you personally secure—paid per registration, per show • $25 bonus for every registration made by your team members (bonus override is per registration, not per show) • All commissions and bonuses paid at the end of each event • Real leadership, real earning potential, real impact!

LOVE SALES & LIVE FOR EVENTS? We're looking for Booth Event Sales Managers & Brand Ambassadors to represent our in-house brands at Inked Circus expos—and to promote our shows at other major events across Ontario! WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Run sales at our branded booths during expos • Promote Inked Circus at external expos and large crowd events • Drive event awareness and connect with attendees • Set up, engage, and create an unforgettable experience PAY: • 10% commission on booth sales at our expos • Hourly pay for external promotional events • Opportunity for travel, networking, and being at the heart of Ontario's tattoo scene WHO YOU ARE: • Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about events and sales • Experience in sales, promotions, or brand ambassadorship a strong asset • Ready to rep our brand and make every event a WIN!

READY TO HELP INKED CIRCUS GROW? We're searching for a driven, outgoing Capital & Corporate Manager to join our team! Your mission: Raise capital investments, secure funding, and land major corporate sponsorships to fuel our expansion across Ontario. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Build and manage relationships with investors and corporate partners • Pitch our story and vision to secure funding and sponsorships • Lead fundraising campaigns and partnership negotiations • Represent Inked Circus at industry events and networking opportunities PAY: • 10% commission on all funds and sponsorships secured—the sky's the limit! • Flexible, remote role with the chance to make a real impact WHO YOU ARE: • Confident, persuasive, and motivated by results • Experienced in fundraising, sponsorships, or corporate sales • Passion for events, art, or tattoo culture is a huge plus!

WANT TO BE PART OF THE ACTION? We need energetic Onsite Helpers for set up and tear down at our touring tattoo expos in cities across Ontario! WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Set up/tear down pipe & drape, stages, tables, chairs • Load and unload trucks • Work as a team to bring our event to life!
